By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Glamdu ("the app", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
These Terms apply to all users of the app, including users of free features and paid subscribers. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated to you through the app.

The app is available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store) and is designed for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must be at least 16 years old (or 13 in jurisdictions where permitted by law) to use Glamdu. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
To use certain features of Glamdu, you must create an account using your email address, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You agree to:
You may delete your account at any time through the Privacy & Data settings in your Profile. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.1 Free and Premium Tiers
Glamdu offers both a free tier and a premium subscription ("Glamdu Premium"). The free tier includes basic treatment logging, calendar tracking, spending insights, and treatment reminders. Premium features include AI Skin Analysis, score history and progress tracking, treatment effectiveness ratings, treatment notes with voice memos, unlimited templates, and other features as described in the app.
5.2 Subscription Plans
Glamdu Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following plan options:
Subscription prices are as displayed in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region and currency. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.
5.3 Auto-Renewal
Apple App Store: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
Google Play Store: Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in the Google Play Store app under Subscriptions.
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next subscription period. You will be notified of price changes in advance in accordance with the policies of the applicable app store. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it renews.
5.5 Refunds
Subscription payments are processed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Refund requests are handled by the respective platform in accordance with their refund policies:

5.6 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to Premium features until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
How to cancel:
6.1 Free Tier
The free tier includes unlimited treatment logging, calendar views, spending analytics and insights, notifications and reminders, safety checks and warnings, treatment due alerts, up to 3 photos per appointment, and up to 3 treatment templates.
6.2 Premium Features
Glamdu Premium includes AI Skin Analysis, Before & After photo comparisons, Score History and treatment effectiveness tracking, Treatment Notes with voice memos, Goals & progress tracking, data export (CSV), unlimited photos per appointment, and unlimited treatment templates.
6.3 Effect of Cancellation or Expiration
If your Premium subscription expires or is cancelled, premium features will become locked, but all your existing data is preserved — including treatment logs, photos, goals, skin analysis history, and all other records. You can access this data again at any time by resubscribing. We do not delete any user data as a result of subscription cancellation.
6.4 Changes to Feature Availability
We reserve the right to modify which features are included in the free and premium tiers. If we move a previously free feature to the premium tier, existing users who relied on that feature will be given reasonable notice through the app.
Glamdu does NOT provide medical advice. All content, including AI skin analysis results, treatment tracking, effectiveness ratings, and safety alerts, is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician, dermatologist, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or seen in this app.
The AI Skin Analysis feature provides automated estimates based on image analysis. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting conditions, and other factors. These results should not be relied upon for medical decisions.
Treatment safety alerts and contraindication warnings are general guidelines based on common medical literature and are not a substitute for professional medical judgment specific to your situation.
You retain full ownership of all content you create in the app, including treatment logs, photos, notes, voice memos, provider information, ratings, and other data ("User Content").
By using the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service to you. We do not use your User Content for any other purpose.
You are solely responsible for the content you input into the app. You agree not to use the app to store sensitive medical records that require HIPAA-compliant or equivalent secure medical storage.

The app, including its design, features, code, graphics, UI components, and content (excluding User Content), is the intellectual property of Glamdu and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The app is licensed to you, not sold. Your subscription or use of the free tier grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD $50), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glamdu and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
14.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at . We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
14.2 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts.
14.3 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, those rights apply regardless of these Terms.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time through the Privacy & Data settings in your Profile.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. In the event of termination by us, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export your data where feasible, unless termination is due to illegal activity or serious violations.
Upon account deletion or termination, all associated personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The app integrates with third-party services including Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Firebase (Google), and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Glamdu regarding your use of the app. They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and proposals relating to the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the app after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the app.
